乔什·马丁 teaches Health 1-2 and P.E. 在Ida B. Wells High School. His positive experiences in school motivated him to go into teaching. His favorite parts of the job are continuing to learn and making personal connections with his students. He likes teaching health and P.E. in particular because of the focus on self improvement and making good choices. “Life is serious enough on its own,” Martin  said. “There’s no reason to make it worse by taking yourself too seriously,” is something that Martin lives by. He likes to maintain balance in his life — to be able to be fun and energetic, but serious when it is needed.
